haro frame numbers

ive seen 2 posts on the net

both guys were saying there haros were 1983 gen 1

but both had different starts to the serial number
one had "TKK"
the other was "TPP"

can some one explain it a little,i know theres lots about haro serial codes,and im a slight newb on that stuff

what serial code from above is the more sought after,is it the TPP one
