Best rear sprocket for a 43t front chain ring ?

Excuse the dumb question  :crazy2:, but just nearing the final stages on my build  :Great_Britain:. Just got a 43t Sugino chain ring, whats a good all rounder rear sprocket that I should get, and how many teeth? Looks like it screws onto my rear hub if thats any use.
