anyone cut lugs of frame ideas please

i am going to cut some 990 lugs off a frame not sure of best way
i dont want to damage it to much i thought dremmel drill and small hacksaw
but finishing it so it is smooth not to sure what to use

Hacksaw then file it down  :) done it before and it leaves no marks at all  ;)

without looking at it i would say the best way is to remove the bulk of the lugg with a hacksaw or angle grinder,then using a file remove remaining part then finish with some production paper as used in body shops etc : doing this you wont see where it was daumenhoch:

the bloke who welded mine onto my a frame i got of dordy
just ran his grinder round the weld and inserted a long bolt and they just fell off
lol then just clean up the frame or forks
