what extra stuff do i need?

i'm building an old school ride to (hopefully) race in the southern series.

i've sourced a Haro group 1 frame and forks, with headset and a seat post,  obviously i need some wheels and something to hold onto, aswell as something to drive it forward and make it stop.

i'm on a budget, but would like to keep it as old school as possible, can people suggest parts to get me up and running as soon as possible?
