skyway wheels

I recently got a pair of skyway tuff11 wheels (bought from the local ned)how would i know if there originals from the 80s or from the current wheels they are selling again :)

Spotted a local ned (scottish chav) on a scabby bike with the wheels on it,he said he wasn't selling them but as soon as the weekend comes he needs the beer money and is knocking on the door  ;D
