billycrabtreeomer:
Is it possible to fit a modern crank to my os 84 quad & tange dontknow F & F. I need to up grade for some modern light wieght ones.

This is so i can make my old school bike as light and strong as poss for racing on.

Has anyone done this and can you please pass me on your tips.

Both of these bikes have been raced of late, i do swop parts over 12other.

HEYWOOD BMX:
:) OS bikes have a USA bottom bracket shell.New school cranks have either a 19MM or 22MM spindle,so all you need to do is buy a matching size USA bottom bracket bearing set-all decent BMX shops will have them.
