can you powder over anodized

yes just key it up and off you go,i have even powdered over smooth chrome and it stuck like sh1te to a blanket.

im going to sound thick here when you say key it up do you mean sand it ?

yes just to give it something to grab hold of,i have had things done before without doing this
more to protect it incase i want it stripped off.
