Think the wheels are from around 88-89, last of the pro class style  :daumenhoch:

What hubs are we talkin for 88/89 there then mate - are they ACS ? Looks like it says ACS on the seal ???

85/86 were SR hubs - catalogues confirm this and also my fairly mint survivor ones on my blue max have August 85 stamped SR hubs  :)

I've got a pair from a late 82 complete survivor with October 82 stamped shimano hubs and I believe shimano were used on the very early pro class wheels as stock and also they look like shimano in the 82/83 catalogue.

I also have and a survivor pair I believe are from 84 with suzue hubs  :-\ The 84 catalogue shows a pic of the hub and it looks like the "suzue sealed" bering decal on there  :)

I'm tying to get a handle on the right hubs for the right dates for stock pro-class wheels on a goose - I reckon the above is pretty close ;)

Didn't have any ideas past 86 though as that's beyond my collecting years  :)

Fook me Jimmy, they are lush mate :smitten: I like them almost as much as the pair my dad found in his shed a couple of years ago after he took them off my Cali on xmas day 1983 when i chucked my Tuffs on the bike and rode off into the sunset...... so of course I strapped them to a bike when he found them after 25 years and gave them a hammering :2funny:
You gonna ride them mate? I think I'd be tempted to stroke them for a week or two first :LolLolLolLol:

Spen
