z rims

hi guys after some help here. ive got some z rims and im going to get some suzue small flange hubs . the problem is i have no idea what size spokes i need. i think the front spokes will need to be slightly longer than the rear???? .. was really hoping alans would have known but hes not sure . anyone ever laced some up??? i was going to follow stidds wheel build how to guide..
