What's the best stuff for sticking RadKaps on NS Graphite tuffs?

they look like lazer cut aluminium with Rivet heads glued on ???

What are they made of ?

Can you get these for new tuffs in an silver alloy finish to make em look older ?

Thanks I don't mind the gold actually it's just that the front hub on new tuffs is smaller than the rear although i know you would still see some of the plastic hub anyways on the front unless you paint it gold lol.

Thinking of getting some made via an engineer friend but have seen skyway are now doing std tuffs with convertible hubs too, with both hubs same size, food for thought me thinks !
