Tyre restoration ????

Hi Chaps,

Can tyres be restored ??????

Obviously not back to their original condition but is there anyway of getting a bit of colour back in to them ???? I need to leave them amber walled if i can.
A new set would be the ideal scenario but considering this bike is 100% original i would like it to stay that way.

Good clean with cif and a soak in wd40 may bring them back to life? Or try a red marker pen  ;D

I put mine in the dish washer on the "lightest" setting dried them off and then a good rub over with WD-40
