NORTY40:
Well it's all done and ready for Santa to come and collect it ;) Just hope Olivia likes it .
I did say at the start of the thread this wouldn't be for the purist's , well I think I might have taken it one step further this time by actually re-branding a BMX :D ;D
This is no ordinary mongoose ......
This is ........
'OLSGOOSE'
I have got a set of Pink 'mongoose' frame decals made up just incase Olivia doesn't like the personalised touch ;)
I had to do her a matching stand and number plate :D
A big thanks to the following :
Oldschoolib for the deal on the frame and forks ........ cheers Ian .
Joe (JT71) for the Pink cables .
Dave (Stodgy) for the seat.
Del for what Del does best , great work mate and really appreciated .
Firebird Steve for a few bit's and pieces ;)
I was also bowled over by three RADsters generosity in donating parts for Olivia's bike :
Torker Tony for the Pink brakes :4_17_5:
Ed209 for some Pink rider tyres :4_17_5:
and Muddstud for some spoked rider wheels which is what i originally had planned for the bike . These need a little bit of work , some White spokes and Pink hubs and she's sorted :daumenhoch:
Cheers lads :daumenhoch:
So what do you reckon ??? ( Don't be too harsh as Olivia will probably read this on Xmas day :D )
Merry Xmas and a Happy New year to you all too :daumenhoch:
