19 to 24mm crank spindle adapter ?

Glen:
Ive got a PPP power disk and a normal 19 to 22mm Profile spindle adapter.  As you can see the disk has a larger bore than 22mm.  It looks like 24mm

Anyone know where I can get or if a 19 to 24mm adapter exists?  Or was this power disk made for a 1pc crank?
