Whats the best stuff to degrease a frame before paint?

Ok i have a frame which ive rubbed down, which product is best too wipe it down
prior too painting.....i usually use white sprit.

panel wipe. a spirit based thinners type thing. available at autopaint international.

takes all the bits of dust off as well.

get yourself a gallon tin of panel wipe

use in a ventilated area though, or you see things that arent there  :D

anyway baby lotion and me don’t go…it ‘d be on the frame then seconds later round mi cock,balls and arris!
