nos rattly freewheels!!grr!

is it just me or has anyone else bought a freewheel lately that sounds like a babies rattle?ive had four in the last 10 months from differant sources and differant makes,shimano and suntour and they've all done the same.obviously over time the grease dries out so ive had to melt grease down into the gubbins to stop it making the noise.anyone else had the same?? :(

I had one apparently they're rejects from bitd, all that's left now

that would explain.im sure thart alot of the nos is actually seconds from bitd
