Identify frame & forks?

Anyone any idea what make this frame set might be?
Only serial number on it is 10b15566
It was originally white.

jT Racing:
begins with an A and ends in kisu. It's a generic Taiwanese made frameset from hi tensile steel. Not of any value but you can build it and it will be old.
