That is a great looking frame, will come up a treat.

So what colour are you going to do it?  White is a great colour for an old Goose.  Steve Vinoah built an absolute beauty in white.. one of my all time favourites (the Goose not Steve, although he is a stunner also  ;) )

afternoon, shes a chatsworth stamped mid 1979 , im gonna go for a mild yellow i think, but that could always change if the guy at the powder coaters doesnt have the right yellow.. was toying with the ashtabula forks and stem/bars etc but im not 100% on that idea ,its not really a "useable" bike in the original guise.. is it? maybe some cw,s on it , we,ll see how it pans out ... i also have Dales old one with the butchered seat post tube so maybe 1 can stay original..

well i think you should do it in that colour for deffinate now :4_17_5: i reckon you should go for some really swish forks like some Ashtabula's or some Bottema's if you can find some and some really nice box bars :4_17_5:

You are right there Snav, red at the front.  Doesn't really matter Lee because that looks fooking ace mate, really, really nice.

  i bought that in bits seperately, cost about 25 quid in total, i polished it and removed what was left of the gold and renewed the bolts ...

one for Hunterdubber  ;) just the proper mongoose seat to add, break down is mid 1979 stamped Mongoose motomag frame and forks, Mongoose stem,crank,snowflake chainwheel,bottom bracket,seatpost,decals,grips c/o snav cheers again...new old stock items... irc 1980 stamped knobblys,diacompe tech 3 lever ,1020 caliper,sumo gold rims with suntour large flange unsealed hubs,suntour seat clamp,victor pedals  ......the bars i have had for donkeys and never really looked ok on anything else so they are on this..
