Use the sheldon brown website,u need to measure your hub and rim and decide on cross pattern,3x or 4x :)

I normally use 186mm for 3x or 194mm for 4x. For different rims or hubs it never seems to change much  a mm either way (old school parts that is).

Hope that helps

Just completed my first wheel and about to start the second now I have a complete hub built.

Anyway, the hubs are suntour high flange and araya 7x. The spokes I used were the asahi 14 x 7 7/16 and have built with a three cross pattern. The nipples I think are standard length!!!!!

Regards

Paul
