i've used primo v monsters since they came out in about 97, they were, are and always be the best all round tyre in my opinion, unless you want to go 'gay lite' then thier not trendy enough aparently
-
REVENGE IND :daumenhoch:
And they've got some Kevlar ones out soon
-
i've always used the primo v monster, though on my fit complete it has there own brand tyres and they ar just as good
-
Primo V Moster and KHE Lamellos 1.95's.....both excellent tyres in my opinion!
Daz. :daumenhoch:

I always swore by the Cheng Shin Double V tyres, which I was told came out of the same factory.... Cheap as chips and held 110psi without arguing. Might try and find some when I'm next needing tyres, I'm not really enjoying the Primo Walls I'm currently using.
-
primo comet would do the job no worries and incidently I have one rear comet for sale lol
-
swap for odessy path 1.9?

swap for odessy path 1.9?
yeppa
-
khe mac 2 dirt on the front and fly ruben 1.90 on the back
i used to ride primo v on the front and a wall on the back which i liked, but the current tyres are much lighter/gayer :LolLolLolLol: and just as grippy and good for everything from vert to dirt :daumenhoch:
-
I used to use KHE Lamello tyre's... now use KHE Premium folding park tyre's, they can take more PSI
( Lamellos 65psi / khe park 110psi )
and so, i think, you get a better ride out of them... i improved loads after swapping, getting well higher, well light too!!
Only problam is... im on my 4th rear tyre and 3rd on the front!! and at £22 a pop...... :-\
Ya may wanna stick with Lamellos??
also KHE fatty lite tubes... nice and light!!
-
The jury is out on the Plyte after seeing Trill's rear let go just droppin in ???
-

and you sure do mate! when watching you at Corby i commented on how smooth you were riding :daumenhoch:

Thanks.I've changed my vert riding style a bit and it seems to be working.Last two sessions at creation on thursday and today have been good and I'm getting higher.Had a scare a few weeks back before Corby when I nearly went over the bars and it set me back a bit.Funny how it wouldn't have bothered me 25 years ago! But again, KHE tires- they just help you go faster without much effort.Which is no bad thing.Roll on May 10 and lets see if we can get more people to come along. Its hard to explain to someone who has never been to one of these nights what a good laff it is and how nobody cares about what level of riding you are at.There, said it.

khe premium tyres are realy good but go for the street version rather than the park as the street has thicker sidewalls.
for me though i found the khe's to be a bit to fast and hard so i have gone over to primo v-monsters, i'm running 70 psi in them and its all good :daumenhoch:
although you may be able to run 80 psi in the khe's but it's not recommended by them
