i literally just pulled this out of a scrap man's pick up truck not 2 mins ago! looks to be all complete and original, i reckon it may even clean up well!

I'd have chucked it back on ;D

Very nice find . Do u fancy selling the forks ? :daumenhoch:

Nice little find there! Fair play! Its about time the scrapman had a taste of his own medicine ;D
-
Nice one well rescued :daumenhoch: another one saved ;)

Lovely

Great find... are those tire's BLUE ;)
-
they WERE blue... once :D
-
Sweet, well saved! Are you going to restore it? :daumenhoch:
-
Gonna strip it down and give it an oxy bath and set about cleaning all the blue bits. Wheel bearings are mint, just need a grease. Think bendy is right, this may just come up a treat :-)
-
Nice find mate. Even better that you saved it from the scrap man.
-
I never see anything like that in our local scrap mans wagon and i don't fancy restoring a manky washing machine :yahoo_silent:
Nice find fella :daumenhoch:
-
Good save for sure :daumenhoch:
-
well i decided i should have a crack at this now to see how she comes up.

few more bits done today. wheel clean up first, i decided against aqua blasting or re dying as i wanted to see what a bit of time and effort would do as opposed to the easy route of just throwing money at them. so all they got was a good coating of traffic film remover, the karcher jet wash and some WD40.

next up the grips. again, could have picked up a new set of Fauns for £20, but a bit of scrubbing got them looking very good indeed :) (petrol and a tooth brush for anyone interested) then a squirt of WD once more
