They'd have been snapped up if they were 175's or 180's
How many threads do you need to put up to sell one pair of cranks, yesterdays thread is still on page one... :D
You'd have been better off holding out for an offer on ere, once the ebay/paypal vultures take their cut... >:(
-
they were offered on here last week, ebay is the final solution, but i realley didnt wanna go there.

Yeah, but you wanted £255 for them on here, with your listing and final sale fees you`re not going to clear £200, ha ha :daumenhoch:

sorry was under duress, forgive me, and yes the kitchen does need doing just dont like comments about it :daumenhoch:

I've had to really look at this as I'm about to list a whole load of pretty high value stuff and wanted to weigh up exactly how much these bar-stewards were going to fleece me for... :knuppel2:
So for the cranks you have listed......
Ebay will take:
9.9% of the initial £49.99 (£4.95) + 5.9%of the remaining balance of the final selling price
(the initial cost of listing was free if you listed at 99p start price)
(Source)
http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/fees.html#Auction
Paypal will take 3.4% of the transaction total + £0.20 GBP
(Source)
https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-receiving-fees-outside
So for example, if the cranks end at £265 then Ebay will take £17.64 total fees and Paypal will take £9.29.
So for your auction, say it finishes at £265 you will be left with £237.87p ...give or take a few pennies for roundup.
I hate eBay & Paypal. Considering they are now all the same company, flamin' Bandits...... I believe there should be just one simple fee if you use both.
-
does it matter?
-
does it matter?
May not to you on a set of cranks, but with 7.5k worth of stuff finishing in 5 days , bet your ass it matters to me.

I remember not so long ago you were very lucky on ebay and I do believe you admitted at the time that you and some mates had made your own luck by shillin the fook out the auction :police:
-
that was my streetbeat, and it was the misses that won it for a whole 139 quid, ive only done it once and never again, but im not sellin a beat when an aero reflex goes for 400, like i said it was a one off, and who can blame me??? btw the cranks were bought from a chap in guernsey, ill print the bidding log if u like?
