Title: quick airmail / post question
Post by: kdw712 on October 06, 2005, 02:01 AM
i have a couple of small packages to send to USA
brake calipers and levers & both are just over 600grams mark

is Royal Mail small package the cheapest and half decent way to get these across the pond ....... works out about £6.50 each to airmail
is there a cheaper company ?

put a decleration sticker on each packet & tick the gift box, even cheaper (unless this is what youve done already)

I sent a caliper to the US by Royal Mail small packages.  Think the guy got the item within 5 days 2.

If they ask you if there are any letters or documents in the packages say no, cos they charge business rate and it is a fortune.
