Recieved my Frame etc of Spen today, cheers for driving over bud :daumenhoch: can anyone give me a bit more info on this serial number: M7J11088 Is it Merida, October 1987?

Defo 1987 , Not sure if than ran an I in the serial number though so could be a month earlier ..

What is stamped on the steerer tube of the forks (if they are mongoose forks that is)

Cheers guys, this is a pic before Spen split it not mongoose forks but I would like to put correct forks on it, So I have frame, forks, seatclamp, seatpost, seat, stem,bars,crank,chainring.....
