I have a set of OGK wheels for a build and I am hoping to make them look as good as possible. The logo 'O.G.K. MADE IN JAPAN' appears to be part of the molding, possibly stamped but I do not know. My question is when these wheels were new was the logo filled with paint? Left without any further finishing? My wheels have clearly had a lot of wear and the logo is barely legible on the rear and pretty much invisible on the front. Any thoughts?

there was never any finishing done on them, i've had 2 sets from new and both were left bare.

I've had a few sets and the logo was stamped into the rim but on 2 of the sets over the years the brake pad material had filled it in through years of braking but I was able to pick it out with a scalpel blade and gently wash it all out if you get what I mean? :daumenhoch:

Thanks for that, nothing like getting first hand experience which is why I asked. From all the images i have viewed it seemed that no further finishing was given to the logo, I had rather hoped that brand new wheels had the logo in white or black; would have been nice.
Thank you again.
