Title: ta decals

can anyone tell me the measurement fron the top of the seat tube down for the decal to go please .

There's a formula for this. Measure, 8 inches from the BB and then 6 inches down from the head tube. Add and inch to the latter and take and inch off the former. Measure the distance between the two and divide by two. Take a set of callipers and open the gap to 4 inches and place it on the mark. Pivot the callipers and make a strike either side of the mark on the down tube. You will then find that you have three marks. One in the centre and two others 8 inches from each other. If you rub out the marks you are exactly where you started from. So take a look at some pictures....and guess, like the rest of us. :)

thanks sandro very helpful .did get bored waiting for reply and banged it on anywhere in the end as you suggested  its only a replica after all and im crap at doing decals anyways they is a pain .

Greg, the all important decals, and the ones you will get the stick for is the chain stay ones. They need to be tucked up quite close to the BB, so that on the drive side it's behind the chainwheel, not fully visible.
