Just pm him but if you've already tried that and had no response, it's probably coz he's working flat out trying to sort out orders in the run up to MK.
I'm not gonna bother him with my order till a few weeks after to give him a chance to chill out ;)
He will get back to you (if his 'inbox' aint full)
