Title: Mongoose bottom bracket size?
Post by: GT Two on October 09, 2017, 06:41 PM
Hi,

I have heard that Mongoose use an odd size for bottom brackets. I was going to reuse my Thun crank and replace the bottom bracket.

Can anyone tell me what size I need? Mongoose Grand Prix 84.

Thank you!

Lee

The bottom bracket is the standard size, Mongoose were known for their use of a 28tpi crank and hence threads on the bottom bracket fitments NOT the actual hole in the frame. Use whatever crank you want
