To do it properly, the reverse procedure of application,a chromers is your best bet, I tried with little success, but many hours of scraping on an old Lambretta side panel , had it removed at a chromers in the end , not cheap mind ...

Pete, you need the only decent tool in your toolbox, a big fooking hammer  ;D
