Title: I've got a black one now.
Post by: aditup on July 24, 2005, 06:56 PM: Black suede covered Kashi, that is. Just got the black suede yesterday, getting the hang of them now. Got the time down to about 4 hrs now, to recover.

Zippy, covering the seats is quite hard and time consuming, and most of all, Very easy to fukc up! :-\

Materials;

Apply wadding;

Cut suede to required size;

Repeat process to apply the suede, and there you go;

Post by: oberonspacefruit on July 25, 2005, 11:02 AM: very nice work, those seats look so classy, shame ive not got any show bikes, id hate to rip a rider after all that work. this is one of the reasons we should have a top tips section, even if it is only a sticky.....there are loads of good step by step guides that are invaluable, and more to the point, now lost.... :'(
