We are always discussing what polish to use on aluminium,Peek,Autosol etc, well i use, simply titled Autoglym"metal polish".Peek etc just give a polished aluminium finish, but the Autoglym stuff really does (for me)give it that edge, more like chrome.Does anyone else use it?i can't blow sunshine up it's ar#e enough.

does this work on chrome mate? ta
-
never tried it on chrome, give me 2 mins,i'll give it a go.
-
I needed some chroming done but wouldnt have got it done this side of Christmas. In the end a buff up with a finishing mop and then a rub with Peek worked well enough.
-
just tried this on my Hutch XL24,the chrome is VERY old with fine scratches. It hasn't got rid of the scratches but shined it up a treat. All i'll say is it has a better result on aluminium,it's consistency is more like toothpaste,so not apparently, overly abrasive like Autosol.

coolio, thanks matey. think i might have a quick light rub with autosol and then a top polish with this stuff. :daumenhoch:
