what frames had 10mm brake mount holes for ACS Boas?

I think they came with instructions stating the minimum brake bridge size you could use them with, so there was enough metal left after drilling.

i had some bully forks that had a 10mm hole

I've just fitted a NOS ACS BOA to my 96 challenger 'cos the canti brakes would only work properly if the rear triangle was at 16". I had to drill the rear hole (I know I know fnar fnar) out to 10mm to fit it.

I bought it last week from BMX CITY in grantham. The guys there are really cool. I told him I liked mid skool and he let me wonder round the warehouse just nosing through boxes and boxes of Mid skool gems that he said he couldn't get rid of.

P.S I know technically BOA's aren't mid skool but they work fckn great, proper flex free n solid.
