Probably Phil Sawzall can answer this best but can 2 regular TA's be made into one?   I know bog all about that sort of thing but I'm guessing top, down, seat tube and forks is straight forward.  And I'll presume extending the tube around the chain and seat stays being tricky with it being aero and tapered
