Post by: dt1969 on January 05, 2010, 12:12 PM
Hi,
Have these Skyway Tuff II's and need some help on what era they are? The rear has a steel hub, with some fixed wheel arrangement going on, that does'nt have the rear chain stay attachment?

I would say early 80's up to mid 80's and it looks like a coaster brake hub but with no mounting arm??   ???

Hi,
Thanks for the help, may be looking to sell, as they were meant to go on a Rickman Race frame and forks (not sure the coaster brake would be a good idea!).

Cheers Dave

No there not the best for a race frame  :-\

But you could trade them or sell, you should get pretty good money if you spend a little time on them & dye them, check out what I did to mine  8)
