Would you remove the cover off this seat?

Apart from wear and one small tear as you can see, The seat is great, Came off a GT Jamie Bestwick 16inch bike.
It looks like it has a slotted seat under the cover and foam. If the seat cover was ripped and knackered I wouldn't think twice.
I've taken a couple of covers off of little race seats before to find perfect seats underneath.

Took out the 30 odd staples, Then peeled back the cover and sponge. Came off in pretty much one piece
Just need to give it a wipe over with some glue remover.
Think I will make a GT stencil and paint a white logo on the front and job done.
