I have a set of redline double pinch cranks and ring, and although the chrome is not bubbled or flaked, its a bit dull. Does anyone know the best way to polish it? What can I buy to do it?

brasso is wicked stuff

use scrunched up tin foil rather than wire wool :daumenhoch: it dont scratch.

I have just started to clean up my bike and have tried the following stuff (including one of everything the local auto shop had)....
Tin Foil - Awesome and free - you can normally find boxes of it in the kichen...!
T-cut have recently launched a metal polish - don't seem too bad
Classic one Autosol - be careful as it can be very abrasive
and finally I tried Meguiars nxt generation All metal Polyish (i kid you not...) This stuff was great at putting the bling back in your chrome - crap at removing stuff - but as a polish - it is pretty good.

the best way to shine up alloy stuff and chrome is to get .....some one else to do it why i watch :daumenhoch:
