Title: ebay
Post by: rollin72 on January 18, 2010, 08:31 PM
how long would you give somebody to pay for something before you re-listed the item, the sale ended on friday night for my firebird and ive heard nothing off the buyer, no payment or replies to emails :knuppel2:
i could have sold it on here to someone but id already put it on ebay and it had about 6 bids so i thought it was only fair to leave it :tickedoff:
i think crazycraigs motto of "cash is king" is so fookin true :D
anyone want to buy a firebird >:D

i hate that ,,,i always pay instantly ,,,and expect it back ,,,but some people seem to buy ,,then wait till they get the funds to pay you

i always put in my listings now .payment within 24 hours of auction ending ,,,,if they havn't payed within that time then it gets relisted  ;)

On my eBay auctions I always state 'Buyer to contact me within 3 days of auction end and payment to be made within 5 days of auction end or item will be relisted and unpaid item strike made'

You could always request the buyers contact details from ebay and call the cnut directly!?!?! :police:

Hi  :)

Did you specify a payment time?

I would send an e-mail and invoice reminder every 2 days and if no contact log an "unpaid item case" which can be logged after 7 to 45 days after the sale, if no payment is made.  :(

See if the buyer has any items for sale, as they may be delaying you for payment of their goods.

Hope you sort it out.  :daumenhoch:

Sorry but if someone hadnt paid me in 5 days i'd see my arse.  Thats the reason why I only do BIN listings now and request immediate payment (basically they cant click Buy It Now unless they are prepared and able to pay immediately).

Cuts out the jokers.
