I once owned a frame that was identical to that but it didn't have a gusset. I don't know what frame it was because it had no stickers or engravings but one thing I do remember is that the first 3 digits/numbers of the serial number were K86. It had excellent welds and was straight and also very light.

made by a company called stratton  and called a aero ,really good welds on these but not a ta i will say

There's another one on the bay aswell,exactly the same but still has the aero decals on it ;)
