Title: Shimano DX hubs.
Post by: Why isnt this working on February 10, 2010, 08:24 PM
Goodevening all.

I've just bought my first ever set of hubs to go on a set of n.o.s z rims from our lovely freind Biagio. The are lovely items and for once I thought the price was ok!!! Advertised as Early 80's n.o.s shimano DX large flange hubs. Now as I said this is the first set ive ever bought as i've only ever ran tuff's or alredy built zed's so I dont know me onions but I was expecting to see "DX" stamped or stickered on them somewhere but there isnt, and they didnt come in any type of box witch dosnt help either. They have stamped on them from top to bottom : Shimano, VIA and HJ, with a symbol above it all. Now im sure he would'nt put himself in the fireing line from us vultures circling above but can someone confirm they are what theve been advertised as please.

Many thanks.

Si. :)

none of them ever had DX written, stamped or on stickers. Only the new type do. they are dx hubs, don't worry.
