Title: Hutch aluminum pro frame
Post by: HUTCHMAN on February 10, 2010, 10:49 PM

LET THE ALUMINUM REVOLUTION BEGIN
"It's going to revolutionize the sport." Says Rich "Hutch" Hutchins. What? you ask. Aluminum frames and forks. Hutch Hi-Performance Products is getting ready to introduce a lightweight pro frame-fork set which will lighten a pro BMX race bike by almost two pounds. Rich Moliterno is currently testing an aluminium pro frame that weighs two pounds, three ounces, and an aluminium fork weighing 17 ounces.

Does anyone know if these ever existed,or was it just one of Hutch's dreams? Taken from JJR BMX site.

yea,i know about the junior, although Hutchins Jnr claims the law suit never happened. Just wondering about this supposed PRO frame, also wondering if anyone's ever seen/got one of the first 3 bolt pro stems. Where did you get those pics from Glen?

The black frame above is my current project. The other is a Hutch Lil Holeshot with alloy forks that belongs to my buddy Brian P.

Thanks for the interest.

Im not sure if they ever went into production or if the prototypes survived but John De Bruin made a few custom one offs. He used one on his (07/08?) Rockford winning Holeshot and he sold the 2nd one
