Right.......before I make a balls up of this, thought I had better check first.
Looking to polish my Profile Anni Box Cranks Aluminium Spider on my polishing wheel so that I could use it as a mirror ::)
Is this possible or is the aluminium some kind of bizarre kryptonite concoction that just won't polish :-\
Thanks in advance :daumenhoch:

could have a clear coat on top of it nath
if its raw, alloy will polish no probs ,,,just be carefull some alloys are softer than others ,and you could ripple the alloy if you go to fast and push on to hard
-
whats wrong with the way it is? ???
-
it might have a clear anno coat which will have to be removed with oven
pride before you can do any polishing ;)

i've got a set nath and think the spider is anno'd so you will have to get it in caustic first to strip it :daumenhoch:

Hmmm........think I might leave it, could end up ruining it. Nothing wrong with it anyway, think i'm addicted to polishing and need help :LolLolLolLol:
