Title: Ok lets build the Ultimate Old School BMX (TYRES)

You have till Thursday 11:59pm to make your case for your prefferd item 

Then voting will start on Friday and run till Sunday   

All sugestions will go through to the vote off to find the best paticular part for RAD'S Ultimate Old School BMX 

NEXT item we'll be debating on will be TYRES   :daumenhoch:

must admit i loved michelin white wall freestyle tyres when i was a kid like but freestyle tyres only look good on freestyle bikes imo so its gotta be comp III as they look great on anything :daumenhoch:

It might be a stupid question but were there any compound developments, changes in manufacturing behind the different labels that made for longer life, greater strength / reliability etc? If so were some labels 'better' than others? ??? Just a thought ;)

comp 3s best tire since 80s up to now .i still use tioga comp 3 on me racer .

Comp III seems the reasonable choice, but the Michelin TS "Hi Lite" deserve to be mentionned

just a thought (although a bit late now i guess) but wouldn't it be easier to just have one thread with the parts listed?  ie:

Bar:
Stem:
Headset:
Frame:
blah blah blah

then do the vote off with the info collected?

it's gunna drag on till 2012 at this rate  :2funny:

I missed the vote and there are no stats to show how they all did; how many people voted? 

Shame you didn't put the mixes on there; I know loads of people bitd that raced with different tyres front and back.
