Post by: beard1973 on February 22, 2010, 09:44 PM
I have been meaning to take some NEW pictures of my Craig Schofield 1984 replica for months.

I have upgraded a couple of the parts to the spec that Craig was running in 1984.

Single Pinch REDLINE Flight Cranks.
Bubble Print A'me Grips.

Still looking for a COMP II tyre for the rear....

How the hell did you spot that it had two right levers JJ?

Trying to be a constructive nerd i'd agree with Darren and say put the seat up and maybe do a bit more about matching the sticker font on the plate. Otherwise it looks a good un to me  :daumenhoch:

If you saw the parts bin that Craig Schofield and Jamie Vince had back in the 80's you would know why he had these little changes.

They used to keep a caravan full of bits at the back of Jamies dads house in Woodham Ferrers - we were forever trying to get in but they would keep it well locked up....  hence the odd tyre and brake levers... they used to just destroy bikes...

That rear tyre looks a little flat too - but then he always was a bit of a lump....

btw Craig was seen at Daggers last weekend... watch this space....
