Are they even skyways Dave?
-
not sure what they are tony.

mmm, looks like hub cap covers to me as they seem to be a little ill fitting ie overlap the plastic hub a touch. could be wrong though :-\
-
They are mate, just dont remember ever seeing the reflector brackets like that, could be very early as they look like steel hubs, but I reckon they are copies. Cut the brackets off paint the hubs gold an chuck em on the bay  >:D

Hmmmm.............
They could be from another manufacturer.
Look at these Troxel jobbies - not the same as those above but very similar to Tuff I's but with a reflector tab on them.....
Maybe the ones up top are a 2nd Gen troxel wheel :-\

OR.................
Skyway made various OEM wheels so they could be an early wheel made specifically for one company :-\
Look at these freaky skyways - look a bit like ACS mags but they are stamped skyway ???

Those mags at the bottom are Skyway Utility wheels and you can buy them from this Australian outlet. Not sure if they're new or NOS, though. ???
