Title: Whats this frame?

Had this in the shed for about 18 months, all the recent frame id threads have prompted me to dig it out and ask, took pics about a month ago, hence the snow

Forks look like early 00's pitchforks, top caps a bit of a hint, cant find a serial no. on it anywhere due to more paint than the forth bridge

Any ideas before i lob it?

It nearly looks like a T1 barcode, but I don't think it is, not a Taj is it? They didn't have the gusset things on the front thou did they?

I thought DB but would it not be stamped DB on the dropouts or the top of the seat stay bridge?
