Title: A wheel makeover
Post by: Bettyswallocks on March 24, 2010, 01:42 PM
Gave some tired looking old arayas a freshen up over the last couple of days so thought i'd take some pics and bore everyone with them

The flash of the camera makes em look better than they were in the before pic

Cheers everyone...   :)

Nice job on the wheels  :4_17_5:

Are the nipples Alloy ?

Yes Peter the nips are alloy, saw the thread about em the other day, i know they wont be right strong, i had problems with em snapping on my new school park bikes back wheel so swapped em for brass ones but this bike will only see occasional track use so should be ok

Hoping to get to more of the os rounds this summer...  :daumenhoch:

I'm itching to take it out for a blast
