What was everyone using around the early 90's period? want an era correct lever for my build :)

got em on all 4 of my bikes and will swap the shimano deore one on my gt pro series build for a tech77 too :LolLolLolLol:

I used them, they worked really good - loads of other riders had em too. I hammered mine till they bent a little more away from my bars, broke one bending it too much, but I lucky for me I had a spare - but if you get it right it does work loads better.

I switched for a short while to ACS 7 levers but soon went back to Tech 77s.

I used some Pitbull levers for a bit. They were very close to those shimano ones but they didnt feel as good as 77s so I changed back.

I used odyssey pitbull levers.
quality hinged clamp and would bend quite easily without breaking.
