Went to Rushcliffe Park in Nottz to ride the track with my daughter... she had a wipe out first time down in some loose gravel but got back on it...top girl!
She went off to get a drink and I had a couple of runs - hit one of the last jumps all wrong and the next thing I knew I couldn't see anything and I could hear this strange noise, which I then realised was me making an animalistic 'Im in pain' noise! My shoulder was killing and my vision was coming back. Someone helped me up, asked if I was ok and told me my bike was ok ;-) and I staggered over to my wife & kids who told me I looked green ;-]
My wifey drove me to Grantham A&E where they did some tests as I had smacked my head ( glad I was wearing a helmet ) and told me I had broken my collar bone :-(
Thankfully it was my left shoulder and I dont need to drive but I'm out of riding for a bit... :buck2:
Could have been loads worse so I feel pretty grateful that its my first break ever and I can still get on with life and work.
I'LL BE BACK :daumenhoch:

I still crash. It still hurts.....................but not as much damage caused!! :daumenhoch:
