Title: Washers for Bullesye hubs
Post by: yelmarb on April 19, 2010, 10:28 PM
I've been sent a pair of Bullseye hubs with the allen key axel - bolts but unfortunately there were no spacers/washers. I was thinking that I might just use a standard washer (from a hardware store) but I'm not sure if it will grip hard enough on the frame. Does anyone know what sort of washer these originally came with?

Okay, that's interesting. BTW, do you ride your bike? I would have thought with a lot of crank pressure that the rear wheel would slip forward without some sort of grippy washer in place...

Old school chain tensioners solve that problem  :daumenhoch:
