Hi
It depends on the frame. However, they can go out of the rear brake then left behind the seat post then in front of the post through the hole (if there is one), then up under the right hand side top tube, round the front and into the lever.

old shoe laces or velcro is my chosen method.... people who use those nasty metal retainers should be made to swim a width of the Thames at high tide. ;D

scary, i cant put a pad on, cos it will cover up most of the decals....
jazz, they look interesting,....but they are a bit ugly looking for an oldskool bike. i bet they do the job though.
