 :) Is any qualification required to race elite mens or can anyone race this class?

Im almost certain there is no restriction on racing elite , although once you have gone up you cant come back down  :daumenhoch:

 ??? Still no further on.Our lad has raced Novice and a couple of Expert but has been told by the Feds that he now has to race Expert for the rest of the season before he can move up.
